Nóra Therèse Leahy
In my healing and spiritual work, I go by Nóra Therèse as it is my middle name. My grandmother was Nóra and my mother was devoted to St Therèse of Lisieux from a very young age so she chose Therèse also. However, on a day-to-day basis, I am known as Norette. It’s a great ice-breaker when I meet people for the first time and a chance to tell a story, something I relish doing in any circumstances. I am a healer, a spiritual intuitive, angel card practitioner and I also work as an actor.
I have been on the spiritual path since 2012. When I say spiritual path, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with religion and doesn’t mean I took vows or anything like that. It is waking up to the fact that we are multi-dimensional beings and part of something much bigger than ourselves. It is also a search for the meaning of life and what our true purpose in life is. It is a way back to reconnect with our own inner Light. It is a realisation that we are all light workers in one way or another, no matter what work we do. It may seem like a grand title to give yourself but if you feel you are someone who wholeheartedly has made a decision to make the world a brighter place and share your light, then you are one. The world needs your light now, more than ever.
Awakening
My spiritual awakening coincided with a series of traumatic events in my life. Firstly, my mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2009 and passed away in 2011.I thought I would never recover from this. It’s as if my whole world turned upside down. Then in January 2012, my husband John and I were in a car accident and were very lucky we weren’t seriously hurt. I now realise, in hindsight, that the universe was hitting me over the head and this was my wake-up call.
It was like a light lit up inside me and I started to wake up to the fact that there was a much bigger picture. My spiritual growth unfolded subtly over the following years. I have accepted that this unfolding is an ongoing process for everyone. It is a process of evolution and we may as well surrender to it.
I realised I had been living a very unconscious life, out of step with who I really was. I allowed expectations of me to dictate how I should live. I always had a sense that something was missing.I was going through a spiritual awakening process, which apparently, occurs naturally as part of everybody’s life journey. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. I hope my story resonates with you or helps you if you get a sense you are experiencing an awakening.
Evolution
After this, I became drawn to all things esoteric. Books literally fell off shelves for me to read. Signs and synchronicities increased. I read a lot, anything I came across about energy, angels, archangels, mystics, the universe from many different cultures and traditions.I went with the flow and had great fun with this. I was in my element as I have always been drawn to the magical and the mystical. So I followed my heart. Even when I don’t understand something from a logical point of view, my intuition has always guided me.
Some regard it as reckless whereas I see it as a blessing. It is our connection to our higher selves or souls. I had followed my heart 15 years earlier by leaving my full time job when I got bitten by the acting bug. I have never looked back and still enjoy this wonderful creative process and it gives me great joy.
I trained in Reiki to Masters level with Aidan Storey and in Angelic healing and am attuned to the violet flame of St Germaine. Gifts I never though possible began to unfold. I opened my holistic practice in Dublin 7 and have built up a strong client base over the years.
I later trained and worked with many spiritual teachers with spiritual light processes so that I could grow and evolve and help clients let go of the deeper patterns that held them back in life. I read a lot of books and listened to podcasts on the nature of the evolution of human consciousness. I realised that we all have self-sabotaging patterns and beliefs. These are based on cultural and societal programming that have held us back from evolving into the best version of ourselves and that we are being pushed even more now to evolve our consciousness and move beyond this. It is a period of great awakening on Earth as we shift into 5th dimensional consciousness.
A few years ago, I became drawn to Mary Magdalene and the divine feminine, a consciousness that is rising on Earth at a time it is most needed. I have been working deeply with her wisdom and energy over the past few years in my healing work and as part of my own growth. This journey led me to Womb Awakening, a deep journey through my body to reconnect to my Sacred Womb Space, a multidimensional portal to our deepest wisdom from which we have been disconnected due to collective trauma and patriarchal systems over thousands of years. I am now a Certified Womb Awakening Practitioner and feel a deep desire to offer this work to anybody who is ready to take this next step and journey with me to reclaim your deepest feminine essence and power.
Mission
My mission is to show other people what I have learnt, to help them have the courage to open their hearts to love and reconnect with their authentic selves. I want to guide people towards rediscovering their power and the endless potential that lies within them. So many people don’t realise that we can co create with the universe to manifest the life we dream of. We are enough, always have been and we are meant to live happy, fulfilled lives.This is not something that is only for the privileged few but is accessible to everybody, no matter what religion, cultural background or walk of life. It is heartbreaking to witness how people hold themselves back from reaching their full potential due to self sabotaging patterns.Reclaiming our sovereignty is our birthright.
I have many different tools to help with this work, depending on where you are on your path.
I want to share what I have learned and help you to experience the happiness and freedom I have found in reconnecting to love and reclaiming the power that was mine but was lost to me for so long. It is my firm belief that if we do this, we in turn, can radiate our love and light into our troubled world.

I contacted Nóra in 2020 and booked a Distant Reiki session so that I could receive Reiki after my work day. I was experiencing anxiety, insomnia, and general low grade depression and had been to Nóra In person for Reiki treatments before this and had felt the power of her work. In the Distant session, I was able to lie down in bed, I chatted with Nóra for a few minutes before the session to set my intention for the session, then switched off my phone to lie back and enjoy the treatment. Within 10-15 mins I was in a deep state of semi-consciousness that lasted for over an hour.
I finally roused myself after about 90 mins and felt a deep sense of peace and calm which lasted for a couple of days. Nóra has a particular gift for powerful Reiki which helps to soothe my nervous system and provides grounding. I love working with her.

My session with Nóra was a beautiful experience. I felt nurtured and contained throughout the entire session. I experienced a feeling of the “broken” parts of me being brought back together into a beautiful whole. It was a subtle feeling of energies merging within me. At one point in the session, under Nóra’s guidance, I could feel all that wasn’t serving me leave my body through my feet. Once again, this was very subtle but it was a truly powerful peaceful feeling and I came away with a sense of being “minded” and wrapped in divine Love and light.

I came to Nóra Therèse as I was feeling off balance since giving birth. I was 7 months postnatal and I felt that my body was no longer mine. The therapy room was softly lit and there was gentle music which created a sense of calm. Nóra was warm and gentle and I instantly relaxed.
I felt a wonderful release of tension from my body as Nóra began the treatment. It really was like the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders. I experienced images and colours throughout my relaxation and felt an enormous amount of emotion slowly releasing. It was as if the stagnant energy was evaporating and I was left with pure, clean energy in my body.
