Recent world events have woken many up and made us look deeper within. They are revealing exactly where we have given our power away and they are demanding that we take it back. This is not a gentle invitation. It is a call to sovereignty.
Reclaiming your sovereignty means you stop questioning your power. Firstly, you stop placing spiritual teachers, political leaders, belief systems, celebrities or external validation above your own inner knowing. You stop leaking your life force energy into structures that were never designed to empower you. It is a great time of mass awakening.The greatest threat to any distorted power structure are those who remember their sacred power. A woman who remembers who she is and men who awaken their divine masculine power are needed now more than ever on this Earth. We are not here to worship hierarchies and follow along blindly while our life force is leaked and drained by negative forces that seek to separate us from our divine essence.
How do we give our power away?
You leak energy to situations that lower your vibration. This can be by tuning into the fear narratives that have been pushed on us for too long. Burying your heads in social media, or over consumption of news denies you the chance to connect to your own inner light. Trauma, conditioning, and inherited beliefs taught us all we were “not enough.” That sense of inner fragmentation creates soul loss. From there, you may unconsciously seek clarity, validation, approval, love, and safety from outside sources. You leak energy in the process. Social media, news and other distractions keep you from dealing with this inner emptiness. They are addictions and while you remain hooked on these forms of distraction, you are inviting in destabilising energy into your fields. Other addictive patterns like overuse of alcohol and drugs also keep you in a state of numbness. This disconnects you from your inner light, from the spark of the divine within.
The Saviour Pattern
Another pattern that drains energy is common among empaths. When you over-give, over-heal, and over-rescue, you are not serving. You are abandoning yourself. It is the Saviour pattern and many women in particular carry this. It comes from beliefs and conditioning that says you need to martyr yourself in order to gain acceptance. It has its origins, I feel, in religious dogma that teaches that self sacrifice is the gateway to being “saved”. However, this was not the message of Jesus/Yeshua or any of the spiritual teachers that walked the Earth. Their message of Love did not push this narrative. Rather it emphasised the importance of loving ourselves and filling our own cups. Unconditional love starts with loving ourselves. When we realise that there is an abundant flow of love in the Universe, we stop leaking our own energy, enabling others and invite others space to tap into their own sovereign access to source, their own life force.
Womb Power & Energy Leaks
Women are particularly susceptible to energy leaks as the womb space is a powerful, potent space of healing and nurturing. Our womb is not just physical. She is a multi-dimensional centre of creation, magnetism, and life force.She is a portal to divine feminine wisdom, the Divine Sophia. When a woman is disconnected from this power and struggles with putting up strong boundaries, womb energy leaks and everything destabilises, emotionally, physically and spiritually. A disconnected womb leads to a disconnected woman. Men can also suffer from energy leakage on the level of the Hara and also by carrying ancestral distortions passed on from paternal and maternal lines.
Womb leakage happens when:
• You allow emotional or sexual energy into your body without discernment
• You carry imprints from wounded partners or past sexual trauma
• You live in Saviour mode, constantly fixing and rescuing
• You neglect yourself because, at some level, you still feel unworthy
This creates fragmentation. And fragmentation weakens your energetic field and renders you more susceptible to psychic attack.
Reclaiming Your Power
Daily sovereignty looks simple, but it takes courage:
• Say no when something feels off. No justification.
• Hold boundaries without guilt.
• Stop entertaining what drains you.
But we have to be honest with ourselves. If it were that simple, you would already feel free. When power continues to feel siphoned, it is because deeper layers are stored in the body cellular memory from this life, ancestral patterns, and soul-level imprints. The work needed to resolve this issue is not quick-fix spirituality. It is conscious reclamation of your power and one effective solution is clearing the energetic field and body with high frequency healing light. It involves connecting to the sacred space of your womb as your inner guidance system.
It means consciously clearing sexual and emotional imprints from the womb space and calling back your own life force that was lost due to trauma. By doing this consciously, you are asserting your right to the sovereignty of your own body and coming back to a sense of deeper wholeness. This is a powerful protection against forces that seek to harvest feminine energy and power.
Psychic attack & energy protection
On an energetic & emotional level, energy can be siphoned by negative entities that seek to harvest our life force.The can range from thought forms that leave us in a state of utter despair or negative energies from others that have their roots in conflict or unresolved karma. It is also crucial to take responsibility for what you are consenting to. There are also powerful spiritual practices to disentangle from these karmic ties and cosmic energetic interference.It is about not giving consent for these energies to feed off your life force. Once you get to the root of it, you can work towards protecting yourself and calling back your life force.
