Womb Awakening Group Program

In this 12-week program, you will have the opportunity to..

• Release any armouring & deep blocks in your body
• Connect to and reactivate the feminine centres of your body
• Connect to your sacred womb
• Listen to the messages arising from your Womb Space
• Heal & transform any trauma or wounds that need to be released

The only main difference between the Group healing program and one-to-one is that you are in a circle with a group which I have found to also be very empowering. You gain a community of like-minded people. You enjoy inspiration, love, and support in a loving circle. The opportunity to share and learn from the experiences of others is very enriching. You have a safe space to share your healing journey. The practices are the same but adapted to a group setting. It is important to commit to 3/4 sessions that are spaced out to allow deeper integration after each session.
