• The Endocrine system
• The Healing process
• What is an attunement
• Uses of Reiki
• Contraindications
• Hand positions
• Preparation for Reiki
• Energetic protection
• How to do self-treatments/full treatments for others
• Practice on doing treatments and supervision/feedback by me
• Mentorship zoom meet-up a few weeks later.
