WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

Day 1 (3 hours):

-Welcome/sharing/my journey with this work.
-Powerful boundary & grounding practice.
-Introduction to Womb Awakening & aspects of Womb Awakening practice.
Teachings on how they may be different to other modalities.
-Preparation for the practice/Experiential.
Break 15 mins.
-Guided facilitation-releasing blocks and holding in the body.
-Activation of feminine centres.
-Sharing/Q&A.

Day 2 (3 hours):

-Sharing.
-Detailed teaching on how to integrate the work.
-How to deal with emotional release.
-Practices to help with emotional release.
-Introduction to Womb connection/Teachings on disconnection signs.
-Benefits of connection.
-Preparation for Womb connection.
Break 15 mins
-Womb connection/Womb Listening.
-Sharing/Q&A.
-Integration tips.
-What to expect after the session.
-Close Circle.
