In an Intuitive Spiritual Healing, I hold space for you to receive the healing. My role is to empower you to allow yourself to receive what healing you need whether it is physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Your higher self always draws the healing to where you most need it. It is simply a matter of surrendering to the process and trusting. Intuitive spiritual healing is a gradual process and it firstly involves energy balancing and grounding. This creates space for you to afterwards connect at a deeper level to your higher self to do the deeper inner work. By committing to this, you will be better able to deal with any challenges you have to face and let go of what does not serve you anymore.
How does a healing work?
I am a very intuitive healer and combine a session with a short consultation to find out more about your needs, some spiritual guidance, and deep but gentle healing. This is also an opportunity to learn more about how I work and how to integrate the healing process for deeper transformation to take place.
In a healing session, you lie on a plinth, fully clothed, and are covered with a blanket or you can sit on a chair with feet on the floor for deeper grounding.I will have created Sacred space for you to be in a relaxed state.
What’s a Distant Healing?
Distant or Remote healings are just as effective as In person sessions and can be received from the comfort of your own home.
- On the day of your appointment, I will contact you either by phone or zoom 5 or 10 mins before your session to connect. We will chat about why you want a healing session.I will offer guidance.
- You will already have prepared a quiet space to lie down under a blanket.
- Once the call finishes, I will hold space for you to receive the healing and send it as I would do in an in-person session. It is divinely guided. It is important to realise that your higher self is drawing the healing in and it will help you in whatever way is best for your highest good.
- You can e mail me the next day re your experience and I will offer guidance.
- We can do a follow-up on zoom or via phone call 2 or 3 weeks after so you can share how your integration process is going and if you would like to continue with this work.

My session with Nóra was a beautiful experience. I felt nurtured and contained throughout the entire session.
