Spiritual Growth – A Spiral Path

Do you ever feel as if you are going around in Circles on your spiritual path?

Do you find yourself constantly coming back to the same triggers, relationships patterns or emotional challenges in your life?

You may find that you have outgrown a particular pattern after integrating a healing process. You do everything right, repeat the practices, make changes, say the mantras, do the journalling only to find that pattern popping up again.

It might be suddenly triggered in a relationship, something you see on social media or even a random comment by a stranger. It brings you right back to where you seemingly were a few months or years before?

If you are experiencing this, there is no need for concern as Spiritual growth is a spiral path, not linear as we were conditioned to believe. We can’t take a pill or wave a wand and all our issues suddenly disappear despite what we are led to believe in a world dominated by a more logical way of approaching issues. As humans, we are far more complex than this and as reflections of nature, we too grow in a spiral pattern of continuous evolution. There are many layers to work through before we are able to fully reach a state of inner harmony and wholeness. It is a life long journey for all of us and surrendering to this way of being makes the journey a little less strained.

You are not regressing.

We arrive at a place that feels familiar and think we are going backwards. We hit a wall. What often happens is we start to berate ourselves as we think that we have somehow failed. This leads to a lot of anxiety and a feeling of despair. We have not regressed. We are simply being invited in deeper and approaching the situation from a more evolved perspective. We have already done the ground work and now we are ready to get to the root of the issue. We must trust that we were not ready for the deeper mining of the issue until now. It may have overwhelmed our system at the time. Going deeper, we look at the root causes that are underlying the particular pattern or relationship challenge. We may find that we have cellular memories in our bodies that need to be brought to the light that we didn’t feel safe enough to look at until now. We may be tapping into deep shadow layers that we need to look at to move forward.

Spiral Path as Feminine

It is important to be aware that the process of evolution and growth is a feminine process. This is true for both men and women. It unfolds like the petals of a Rose. It can’t be forced and we can only heal and grow according to where we are at any one time in our lives. It is imbued with mystery just ike the Rose and all of nature. It does not hurry or force or put any pressure on itself to reach full bloom. It just happens in divine timing according to the rhythms of nature. The more we are in tune with the rhythms and cycles of nature and the seasons, the less resistant we are to this process and the more we can flow with the process and surrender to it’s mystery.

Support for this process

A Shamanic Womb Journey into the galactic space of your womb or for men into the energetic centre, the Hara is a good way to move forward. We go on a journey to seek clarity about the root cause of these challenging layers. It is a safe and an embodied journey into this space your deepest wisdom. It helps you uncover ancestral, past life layers or karmic layers that may be at the root of the issues that continually haunt you.By uncovering this, you can set about a healing process of transforming them at a much deeper level.

It is also very powerful to call on the wisdom and love of Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary as living emanations of Sophia and high priestesses of the Rose. They can act as powerful support to guide you within so you may rise above these challenging layers with ease and grace.
